会议主题：面向下一代数据驱动的科学范式：政策、实践和平台

　　随着信息技术的广泛应用，全球科学研究范式悄然变化。为解决全球科学研究的数字化挑战，迫切需要面向多源、异质、异构、海量数据，提供高效可行的综合解决方案。为此，全球多国、地区和各科学领域致力于强有力的数据基础设施建设与探索，并同时推进开放科学政策建设和实践。面向数据驱动的科学研究的政策和实践，相关利益者众多：资助机构、科研团体，乃至社会公众。FAIR原则的推出更进一步加速了科学数据管理政策的贯彻落实，并提升了大规模基础设施的建设能力，增强了学术共同体从容应对复杂数据管理场景的可能。
